The first step in Process Calculation is to load the heat penetration file(s) you wish to evaluate in order to calculate a thermal process. CALSoft allows you to load multiple heat penetration files into one Process Calculation exercise (ProCal record). Click on "Add Files" and find the HP data files you wish to evaluate for this process. Once an HP data file is loaded, you can click the file name to see the contents of that file.
If the data file you selected has already been used in another Process Calculation (ProCAL record), CALSoft will notify you and suggest that you create a copy of the file. If you choose "Create Copy," a copy of the file will be placed in the same location as the original.
