Before running a TD test, CALSoft displays a form that allows you to document information related to the test you are conducting. This is referred to as the Test Documentation screen.

RETORT INFO-
- Retort Type (drop-down list)
- NOTE: If you choose a steam retort, you will be required to enter a "Target Vent Temperature" prior to running the test. Also, a "Vent Closed" event button will be added during data collection, and a "Vent Closed" event will be added to the Test Events Table after data collection.

- RPM (for rotational/rotary retorts)
- Plant Name: name of factory where TD testing was conducted
- Location: location of factory where TD testing was conducted
CONTAINER/LOADING INFO-
- *Container Type (drop-down list)

- Container Additional Information
- Container Fill: what was filled into the containers used in the TD test (water, product, other, etc.)
- # Baskets: number of baskets/crates of containers (required in order to use Lead Location feature)
- Layered or Jumbled: container loading pattern
- # Layers: number of layers of containers (required in order to use Lead Location feature)
- Load Volume/Layer: number of containers per layer
- Choose No Dividers, Divider Sheets, or Racked (when Dividers are selected, enter the number of dividers on the bottom, between, and at the top)
TEST INFO-
- *Target Vent Temp: enter the target Vent Temperature and CALSoft will alert you during the TD test when all Free Leads have reached the designated target
- *Target Process Temp: enter the target Process Temperature and CALSoft will alert you during the TD test when all Free Leads have reached the designated target
- Control Setpoint Temp (optional)
- Temperature Type: you can choose Fahrenheit or Celsius
- Serial Number (of datalogger)
- Conducted By: name of person who ran test
- Reason For Test
