The "Lethal Rate Report" is for a single lead within a Heat Penetration data file and shows Time/Temperature/Lethal Rate/Cumulative Lethality for each data scan for that particular lead. This report can be found in a number of places within a specific HP file:
- In the Time/Temp/Lethalities section (click on the "Reports" button at the top right of that page and then select "Lethal Rate")
- In the Lethal Rate Plot section (select a specific lead's plot and click "Print Lethal Rate Report")
- In the General Method section of the HP File Screen (click on "Lethal Rate Report")
- By clicking on "Reports" in the Ribbon Menu on the HP File Screen and selecting "Lethal Rate"
Choose the lead you wish to view the lethal rate report for and the Z and Tref to be used in the calculation. Click "OK" and the report will be shown.
