The first step in CUT/Vent Establishment is to load the temperature distribution file(s) you wish to evaluate in order to establish a CUT/Vent Schedule. CALSoft allows you to load multiple temperature distribution files into one CUT/Vent exercise (TDCAL record). Click on "Add Files" and find the TD data files you wish to evaluate. Once a TD data file is loaded, you can click the file name to see the contents of that file.
If the data file you selected has already been used in another CUT/Vent (TDCAL record), CALSoft will notify you and suggest that you create a copy of the file. If you choose "Create Copy," a copy of the file will be placed in the same location as the original.
