CALSoft 5 users can upgrade to the new CALSoft 6 software and take advantage of a special upgrade discounted price. Here is what you need to do:
- To place your order, go to tcal.com/calsoft-software.
In the CALSoft Version field, choose the applicable upgrade price option.
To take advantage of the special upgrade pricing, you must enter your CALSoft 5 Activation Code in the field provided. - Your CALSoft 5 Activation Code was provided to you in an email when you purchased CALSoft.
If you do not have access to the code, you will need to update your copy of CALSoft 5 as the current version does not show the activation code.
To update the software:- Click "Check for Update" in the bottom right hand corner of the main screen. (Your computer must be on-line)
- A popup window will ask you if you want to check for updates... click "Yes."
- A notification will be displayed telling you that an update for CALSoft 5 is available and that CALSoft will now close to run the updater... click "Yes."
- Click "Check for Update" in the bottom right hand corner of the main screen. (Your computer must be on-line)
- After the update is complete, CALSoft 5 should open. If not, open the software.
- To get your Activation Code:
- Click on the "PREFERENCES" link in the bottom "Customize" menu of the main page.
- In the CALSoft Preferences popup window, choose the "User Activation Info" tab.
- Click the "Get Activation Code" button... and within seconds, your Activation Code will be displayed above your User Name.
- Click "Copy Code" to copy and paste the code if you would like (or you can print the screen for your records).
- You can now enter your activation code in the CALSoft 5 Activation Code field on the Upgrade Order form for CALSoft 6 on our website.
Note: By upgrading, CALSoft 5 will continue to run on your computer after the upgrade to the new CALSoft 6, but your old CALSoft 5 activation code will be disabled and will no longer be able to be used to activate CALSoft 5.
